Mission |
Our mission is to provide active listening and emotional support so individuals in the community do not have to suffer in silence.
Telecare Cambridge exists to provide emergency crisis intervention, suicide prevention, emotional support and referrals to community services; over the phone, to individuals in Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Waterloo and surrounding areas, through empowering our callers to make their own decisions and to problem solve.

Goals |
To provide confidential, non-judgemental, feeling focused and empathetic listening to individuals in our service area. We aim to re-establish a 24 hour a day 7 day a week service for our area and to provide awareness of our services to our communities. We hope to be there for each caller through their emotional metamorphosis.
